2017 Werribee Family Picnic & Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt

Cadbury will once again share the joy of Easter with Victorian families with its annual renowned Werribee Park Family Picnic & Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt, the largest Easter egg hunt in Australia, raising much-needed funds for The Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday Appeal.

In its 17th year, the Family Picnic & Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Good Friday, 14th April at Werribee Park, in conjunction with Parks Victoria. Since its foundation in 2001, the event has been held to support The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal and has raised in excess of $1 million for children and families at the hospital.

All proceeds from the Family Picnic & Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt are donated to the Good Friday Appeal that benefits children and families at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. This year, proceeds will specifically go towards funding the hospital’s telehealth service, which enables clinicians to conduct online video consultations with patients to provide specialist care to children in rural and regional areas.

The event has become a much-loved Easter ritual bringing joy to many Victorians and this year is set to once again provide a magical day out for families and friends. Children aged three to twelve can take part in one of the many egg hunts throughout the day, participate in the rides, and watch the shows available on the day.
