Wombat Bend Playspace is located in Finns Reserve and is perfect for creative play! Decorated with community art, Wombat Bend has sensory play activities, accessible path networks, an ampitheatre and native forest walk and is suitable for children of all abilities, aged 1-14 years.
Art is everywhere with a large mosaic titled ‘The Circle of Friends,’ running feet tiles and the maze panels are fantastic.
It had lots of shady areas, toilets, undercover picnic tables and BBQ area. Car parking was not a problem and the only thing I noticed that seemed a miss was a lack of drinking fountains. The one I did find needed maintenance and didn’t work.
